AMBULANCE SERVICE CHOOSES CX300 Airwave Dispatcher

A Midlands Ambulance Service have chosen the CX300 to establish an interim control room for control of Tetra radio in its fleet of vehicles. The system which will have up to 14 operating positions will provide both trunked talk group calls and point to point private calls using Sepura SRM3650 radio sets.

Following the recent acceptance of Cyfas as an accredited Sepura Solutions partner, the first product is released which provides close integration of the Sepura SRM3500 Tetra radio is the C-Soft Plus VoiP dispatch console. Working closely with Telex , Sepura, Airwave and the Ambulance service, Cyfas have raised the stakes on remote control of Tetra radios. This now means control of a Sepura radio, with features of talk group calls, private calls, DMO mode, Status, and text messaging can be done from wherever an IP network can be established.
