We will respond with a knowledgeable person as soon as we can, often this is immediately with a design engineer, possibly the one for your system and not just a help desk. Customers who join our contract support can also benefit from 24/7 availability of technical help and priority site attendance when needed. We support, train and look after all of our customers to ensure an ongoing successful relationship. We understand that our systems and products can become essential to your business operation so we are there to assist when you need it. As part of our customer support policy, we offer full training courses on all products and systems we supply. Courses can be on site at your location or hosted at our offices in Shefford. |
